Lawmakers wrapped up the 2020 Utah legislative session at the stroke of midnight on Thursday. Friday morning, we're looking back at the past 45 days to discuss what did – and didn’t – happen on Capitol Hill this year. In terms of high profile, controversial bills, it was a slim session . Yes, there was the surprising move to decriminalize polygamy, but there were some other big issues, like education funding, abortion and affordable housing.
